<Poem>
北邙山上列墳塋，
萬古千秋對洛城。
城中日夕歌鐘起，
山上唯聞松柏聲。
<End Poem>
<Translation>
The mounds and graves
Lie in long, long rows
On Pei Mang Hill.

For a thousand autumns,
For ages past,
They have looked down
On Lo Yang.

From within the town
By day and night
Arise
The sound of song
And the boom of bells.

On the hill
Is heard only the whisper
Of the wind
In the cedars and pines.
